Little Donuts in a Package
That's how all the things look like in the box. |
Recently I came across this little box which resembled the one I saw previously on a YouTube channel. It really piqued my interest back then because I felt that it was really cool. This box has everything you need to make a donut, like the measuring cup, icing, flour(?), spatula and even a small piping bag! The only extra thing that you need will be drinkable water, since you would gonna like to eat your product after that.
The flour (?) comes in 2 flavours, chocolate and vanilla. But before you start tearing open these packages, cut up the white tray provided into little 'bowls'. The biggest will act as a mixing bowl for the flour(?), which are the biggest packages in brown and yellow.
When you first open the flour package, you can totally smell the flavours and let me tell you, it smells really nice!
So what you gonna do is add water and mix them. The colour changes from white to yellow for vanilla and brown for chocolate. After mixing, it will turn into dough. Roll the dough with your hand before using the mold they gave (in the white tray) to make the shapes of the donut.
After you are done with it, it would be time to make the icing! There's strawberry, vanilla, chocolate and grape. Just tear open the package and add water but this time, use the small measuring cup they provide to gauge how much water to add. The measuring cup can be found at the edge of the white tray.
Again, the powder appears to be white when you first open it but after adding water and a little mixing, the colours start to show. It is now time to decorate your little donuts!
These are how my donuts look. It's quite messy. |
The donuts are safe for eating but I gotta say it's all loaded with sugar. It's really sweet and to be honest, they don't taste like donuts. Just little steam cakes with sugar icing. If you are really particular about the flavouring, the donuts do taste a little artificial.
But overall, the not-so-good taste of the donuts were being made up by the fun process of making them. Great fun in a box!
